We produce detailed manufacturing specifications so that all components, materials and surface finishes are quoted accurately and quality targets are understood. Following this, we provide a detailed report with set up costs, unit cost and additional information such as shipping and duty costs that you will need to establish accurate costs for manufacturing your product.
PRODUCTION TOOLING & DFM
Duku understands the attention to detail required to turn concepts into production ready products. ​Working closely with manufacturing partners, Duku will undertake design refinements based on toolmaker feedback or product samples from production tooling to ensure a high quality product and cost effective manufacturing approach for our clients.
Alongside production tooling design and sign off, a cohesive production service can be tailored to project requirements including pre-compliance testing and technical file generation for UKCA & conformity marking
PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT
