LIME ON AIR

Live Audio Streaming

Our client required a custom enclosure to house a bespoke PCB arrangement for a device to stream live audio. The existing PCB design created some tight constraints to work and the enclosure needed to be assembled together without the use of any screws or fixings. The enclosure also needed to be stackable.

Duku developed a two-part, clip together, stackable design that accommodated the required PCB arrangement. SLS prototypes were created to test the overall form and fit of the design, allowing detailed refinement of the internal PCB support structure.

Both halves of the enclosure were designed to allow them to be injection moulded as cost-effectively as possible, using a simple two-part mould. Alongside the development of the casing, Duku developed the Lime On Air branding to complement the product.
