ABOUT DUKU

Founded in 2013 by product designers Andrew and Alex, Duku was created to help turn design ideas into reality for entrepreneurs and businesses.

Duku’s goal was to streamline the development process by focusing on commercial viability and prototyping early in the design process to reduce development time and improve quality. This was combined with a unique partnership with local Patent Attorney firm Albright IP to offer a complete product development service; combining design, engineering and intellectual property services.

After over 10 years in the industry, we have designed over 500 successful design projects, from best-selling dog toys, to award-winning medical devices. Recently, we have also worked to establish UK supply chains with a focus on improving accessibility and sustainability

DUKU HQ

We design, prototype and test our projects in-house in our Cheltenham office. We have built a facility which lets our team work together from initial sketch through to final verification testing, including an electronics department, workshops and rapid prototyping equipment.

Alongside our fully kitted-out workshop, we have a number of state-of-the-art SLS powder, SLA resin and filament-based 3D printers. These allow us to produce high-quality intricate prototypes overnight, enabling our clients to fast-track their route to market.
