RIGID PLASTICS

Excellent resolution and strength, a key component in realistic prototypes. Produce smooth, accurate prototypes, moving parts, jigs, fixtures and tooling.

CLEAR PLASTICS

Transparent materials ideal for concept modelling and design verification of clear parts such as eyewear and lenses.

FLEXIBLE RUBBER

Simulate the look, feel and function of rubber products. It can also be printed onto rigid plastics to create overmoulded features such as grips, valves and seals.

BIO COMPATIBLE

Rapidly prototype medical and dental products including dental implant surgical guides and surgical orthopedic guides. 

HIGH TEMPERATURE

Strong and stiff, ideal for static parts or thermal testing parts that require high heat resistance such as plumbing fixtures and household appliances.

CAD DEVELOPMENT 

Duku are experts in design for 3D printing. Our experienced design team are on hand to discuss your requirements, and review your CAD files to establish suitability for 3D printing or other prototyping techniques. Where necessary, we can carry out a file fixing service to improve and prepare your files for 3D printing.
